[dnswl-users] Server move

Hello dnswl.org users,

In the work about the new operating model for dnswl.org I forgot to
announce an infrastructure move by the hoster of one of our central
servers. This affects the public website (incl. abuse reporting) and
the rsync1.dnswl.org (the outage of one of the DNS servers should not
affect you thanks to the good redundancy.

Changes to IP addresses are not planned with the present move.

Increased infrastructure stability is one of the goals of the new
operating model for dnswl.org - things can and will get better.
