SA does not do reverse DNS resolution, but accepts what MTA's put in 
top Received: header.  The only exemption is MTA that is known not to 
put reverse DNS in the Received: (kerio?)

Since I don't see 88.182.220.41 in the Received: I really doubt it 
will...

I don't think that whitelisting IP without valid (fc)rDNS will help at 
all.

However all IP'd I found do have valid (fc)rDNS, although I haven't 
checked whether they are in other blacklists.
