Err... I was talking about SPF usage within subscribers of this
whitelist.  The text mentioned above is not part an IETF standard, but
just a snippet at http://www.tana.it/sw/spftest/#conclusions

Anyway, coordinating site policies according to some agreed upon
definition, IMHO, is something that any group, dnswl, or whatever
could do if they wanted to.  I don't think it's much easier or harder
than organizing other human activities.

SPF won't stop spam, but used wisely could bring some relief without
disrupting email.
