rsync fails

Hi!

I'm working at the University of Vienna and we have a subscription at
dnswl.org to rsync the datasets. But since November last year the rsync
doesn't work anymore. I tried to contact admin@xxxxxxxxx, office@xxxxxxxxx
and Matthias himself for help but didn't receive any answer yet.

I tried office@xxxxxxxxx again today with all our details.

I also saw a similar rsync issue here on the mailinglist today. So I try to
get in contact here as well. I kindly ask for help.
