All but two duplicates disappeared within a week, so I guess it was a
temporary error in the file generation. The last two were caused by a
single organisation with two DNSWL IDs. This was corrected promptly
after mailing the admins.

No, you are right, I noticed my mistake soon after mailing. But it is
a good method to find duplicate keys ;)
