[dnswl-users] Would "spamcop link" in submission make difference?

Do you think that adding "spamcop link" to spam reports to DNSWL would
make difference?

The "spamcop (report) link" would provide proof that postmaster/abuse of
the mail server has been informed via email about spam/abuse.
