Whitelist IP

Hello, I am with an ISP in South Dakota. We have a pair of Barracuda 
email filters that keep ending up getting blacklisted. We have rate 
limiting in place as well as spam mitigation. Could I get our IP 
addresses whitelisted to avoid this happening in the future?

I spoke to Abusix about this, (This is where the blacklist entry 
started) and they pointed me in this direction for the whitelist process.

Our two IP addresses are 64.251.188.104 and 64.251.188.15.
