Do you have full control on those IPs? How about reverse DNS? You may want to consider changing ISP... Both addresses are currently blacklisted by SORBS (www.sorbs.net), 64.251.188.15 also by PowerWeb DNSBL (www.dnsbl.de/). Some entries look current (2020). You should investigate what machines/processes are spewing spam from your IP addresses, then get delisted. Being whitelisted won't prevent getting blacklisted again. And which listing takes precedence is up to each receiver. Best Ale --
