Conversly, I – and maybe other people running personal e-mail servers –
would greatly appreciate being notified when one of our messages gets
marked as spam. Though I don't think there's an easy way that could be
arranged. Something like DMARC reports I guess. Having extra details
would be nice. Maybe admins would be more willing to share them in this
smaller community…
Hi,

What you want is called "feedback loop", some of the big providers offer this service (Microsoft, Yahoo, United Internet (GMX/web.de), AOL, mail.ru, Fastmail, Comcast, ...).

https://www.m3aawg.org/fbl-resources
https://hilfe.web.de/email/spam-und-viren/feedbackloops.html

You give them your domain, you prove the ownership of the domain, and either give them your IP addresses or DKIM selectors.

After registering those feedback loops you will get an email every time a customer of those providers moves an email from you into their Spam folders. This greatly helps finding spam accounts or hacked accounts in your system.

There is also an interesting RFC draft. If this gets approved, you don't have to register with >20 providers separatly anymore, you "just" add a header in all your emails where you want the other providers to send feedback loop mails to... Services like DNSWL could also use it automatically, no need to register somewhere.
