You said "suspect" but do you have any evidence? As I understand it, DNSWL lists IP addresses, not domains, but it only lists addresses associated with validated domains. From the query viewpoint, though, you just look up an address. I do know that you can't associate an IP address with a domain, if those IP addresses are already associated with some other domain. But you're not having that issue. It seems that you can associate multiple domains with a single dnswl id, but I don't have that problem so I haven't read the docs. I would suggest waiting until you understand better to take more steps. Probably you will get other advice too.
